Data processing
STET collects and processes personal information to carry out our business operations. When you send us e-mail or other messages, it is possible that we store these messages. Sometimes, we ask you for personal information that is relevant to the situation at hand. This makes it possible to deal with your questions and to respond to your requests. The information is stored on secure servers belonging to HZPC Holding B.V. or a third party. We will not combine this information with other personal information in our possession.
Cookies
We collect information by saving cookies. A cookie is a small file that can be stored on your computer or other device with a web browser when you visit a website. Cookies may be divided into the following types:

- Analysis cookies
- Marketing cookies
Because we take your privacy seriously, we have chosen to store as few cookies as possible. We explain below for each type what is stored and why. You can cancel the storage of cookies by configuring a setting in your web browser to stop it storing any more cookies. Also, you can delete all the information that has been stored previously via your browser’s settings.
Functional cookies are used to check whether you are allowed access to a secure section. These are only stored when your visit involves logging in. Without this cookie, we cannot provide a secure section.
Analysis cookies give us the opportunity to find out how people use the website. This data is anonymised for storage and is only used to improve the website. Because the data is anonymised, we do not have to display a choice (cookie bar) that asks your permission to collect this data.
Marketing cookies are often used in webshops in order, for example, to display adverts for products you have looked at, and these are not used on our website.
Purpose
STET does not collect or use information for any purposes other than those for which it was collected in the first place, unless we have obtained your permission to do so in advance.
Third parties
STET does not sell your information to third parties, and only supplies it if this is necessary to carry out our agreement with you, or to meet a legal obligation. We make agreements with businesses that process your information on our instructions, in order to ensure your information retains the same level of protection and confidentiality. STET remains responsible for this processing.
Modification/deregistration of communication
You may send a request to inspect, correct, delete or transfer your personal information, or a request to withdraw your permission, or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@stet-potato.com. See also the contact details below.
